About Diving in the Algarve
Portugal, and in particular the Algarve region to the south is rapidly becoming one of the most desirable holiday destinations in Europe. In fact Lagos has just been voted in the top 10 of tourist destinations world-wide, so you are guaranteed a great time whilst visiting!
Marina Dive Time are a dedicated, professional team of PADI Instructors with many years experience in the diving industry.
We offer all types of diving activities, from complete beginner with the Discover Scuba Diving Experience, right through to Professional level courses.The Diving in the Algarve is very varied with several fascinating wrecks, reefs teaming with marine life and for the not so fainthearted we have the Sagres cave systems!
We offer many specialty courses including Enriched Air and Semi-Closed Re-breather courses (see our main courses page for more details).
For the non-diver, we have regular snorkeling trips directly from the beach giving you basic instruction in the safe use of mask fins & snorkel and of course guiding you to some of the best sites in the area! Several languages are spoken, including English, Portuguese, French, German, Dutch and Italian.
